What AXP measures for a source
AXP no longer reports retrievals as a separate metric. Citations replace them.
Source data starts on the date that citation tracking started for your workspace. Earlier dates can show no data.
Domains
The Domains page shows a Domain citations chart and a list of each domain that the AI cites.- Domain type: AXP classifies each domain automatically, for example Corporate, UGC, or Institutional. You do not set the type. For the meaning of each type, refer to Domain types.
- Your domains: Your own domains show You in place of a type. AXP uses the domains in your Brand Profile to find them.
- AXP groups subdomains under their main domain. For example,
blog.example.comcounts asexample.com.
URLs
The URLs page shows a URL citations chart and a list of each page that the AI cites.
To open a URL, click the view icon in the Actions column.
URL details
The URL details page covers every prompt that cites the page, not only the prompt that you came from.An AI can cite a page that does not mention your brand. Your brand mentioned shows when this happens.
Values that show ”–”
AXP reads each cited page in the background after the AI first cites it. Until AXP reads the page, the type, ownership, and brand fields show ”–”. AXP reads each page again about every 30 days. If AXP cannot read a page, for example because a paywall or a bot block stops it, those fields stay empty.Next steps
